Ceramic band heaters 420°C

Ceramic band heaters are often used to transfer heat into industrial machine parts, injection moldings, extruders, pipeworks and circular containers. The heater itself is known for its durability and easy to mount style.

By using ceramic fiber insulation between the ceramics and the stainless casing IHP are reducing energy consumption up to 30% compared to less advanced builds.

The ceramic band heater offers a well-balanced heat transfer into the next layer of metal and comes with a clamping screw and spring; this feature makes the installation easy. The heater can be ordered with a perforated stainless casing for adaptation to forced ventilation.

IHP offers customized manufacturing such as different dimensions, multiple choices connection boxes and cut outs in many shapes.

Control cabinet PID

IHPs smallest control cabinet is a “stand alone” system that fits a variety of heating applications where the need is one heating zone and one sensor. In our PID controller there is plenty of intelligence that comes in handy when needed for even heating, ramp functionality, maximum adjustable temperature, program steps with different set points or only temperature control that is CE marked and approved.
