Ceramic flat heaters 420°C

Flat strip heaters made of ceramic, also known as ceramic flat heaters, are versatile and suitable for various contact heating applications. This heating technology is commonly used in plastic forming, packaging machines, vacuum packing, the food industry, anti-condensation solutions, and extruders.

The construction of ceramic flat strip heaters varies depending on the type of ceramics. Most models feature spiral resistance wires threaded through ceramic components. They can be encased in a stainless steel sheath for added protection or designed as flexible heating pads without casing. Custom connections are available to meet specific requirements.

Ceramic flat heaters can be designed to fit different shapes and machines, incorporating holes, slots, and fasteners as needed. They can also include built-in sensors or thermocouples for precise temperature control. When combined with our standard PID controllers, these heaters offer accurate and reliable temperature regulation.
