High temperature drum heaters 220°C

IHPs drum heaters for high temperatures are designed for operating up to 220°C. The outside is made of silicone coated glass fiber cloth which makes it easy to clean and wipe. The drum heater is easy to mount with buckles and has an adjustable analogue thermostat 20-220°C.

The drum heater is durable and suitable for heating media with high water content such as waxes, paints, chemicals and soap. The built in insulation reduces power losses and energy consumption.

Standard assortment for this drum heater is available in drum sizes 25, 50, 105 and 200 liters.

IHP customizes for special drums upon request.

Control cabinet PID

IHPs smallest control cabinet is a “stand alone” system that fits a variety of heating applications where the need is one heating zone and one sensor. In our PID controller there is plenty of intelligence that comes in handy when needed for even heating, ramp functionality, maximum adjustable temperature, program steps with different set points or only temperature control that is CE marked and approved.
