Hydraulic oil heater

IHP submersible oil heaters are IP68-rated and placed inside the tank to heat hydraulic oil. They feature a strong stainless-steel housing for efficient heat transfer and have built-in magnets for mounting in magnetic tanks. Designed with low surface power, the highest surface temperature is about 40°C to protect the liquid.

Normally used in oil baths, lifts, and hydraulic devices, these heaters warm the oil to reduce wear and drive out moisture. They are also suitable for lubricating oils, mineral oils, water, and non-corrosive liquids.

Control cabinet PID

IHPs smallest control cabinet is a “stand alone” system that fits a variety of heating applications where the need is one heating zone and one sensor. In our PID controller there is plenty of intelligence that comes in handy when needed for even heating, ramp functionality, maximum adjustable temperature, program steps with different set points or only temperature control that is CE marked and approved.
