IHP develops immersion heaters for heating and warm keeping of oil and oil-based products. Immersion heaters with the right power distribution, material and control are an effective and precise heating source that requires minimal maintenance. In our design we are taking the characteristics in account and produce an immersion heater that is gentle to the liquid and properly adapted for the process.
IHPs immersion heaters are often provided with one or more sensor pockets and integrated thermocouples. In the connection box we often place thermostats for temperature limitation. Immersion heaters are advantageously connected to our electrical control cabinets which we keep as stock items. We also customize control cabinets according to your wishes and demands.
Industrial immersion heaters are produced with tubular heaters that are processed and welded or soldered into the element heads, nipples and flanges. The immersion heaters are normally built into the machines or mounted from the outside for easy access and connection.
Immersion heaters are normally used as heating source for industrial baths, tanks, through flow heaters, boilers and radiators etc.
