IHPs industrial heating blankets are used for, among other, curing composite material and rotor blades for wind turbines. An electrical heating blanket is very flexible, light and compliant. The heating blanket has sewn insulation to direct the energy and reduce the power loss. Our heating blankets are made of Teflon treated heating cable, insulated by polyester and enclosed by an outer layer of nylon.
The manufacturing is a quality workmanship with careful design for long life and high reliability. We adjust to the desired shape with cut-outs, holes and slots and we also have a standard range of most common dimensions.
These industrial heating blankets have a digital temperature controller with a clear easy-to-read display. The controller can also be set for controlled temperature rise (ramp) and has a timer function.
Note that the heating blanket may never overlap itself.
