IHP’s most advanced control cabinet is equipped with a Siemens PLC with up to 32 PID controllers and offers a comprehensive logging function where all process values, set points and controller outputs are logged to a separate USB stick and are available directly via the HMI. The channels have for example selectable start and stop times as well as daily and weekly schedules. The user can create their own descriptions for each channel and there is the option to program recipes based on specific needs.
The control cabinet is based on the Siemens CPU and is suitable for a range of different heating applications. With various options, you can build exactly the type of temperature control that your project requires. The PLC system offers high intelligence, which is particularly useful for even heating, ramp functionality, adjustable maximum temperature, program steps with different set points or simple CE-marked temperature control.
Via communication cable, the HMI panel can be opened in a browser that makes it easy for the user to create own control programs by combining one or more predefined program modules. We deliver IHP PLC systems in a standard version, often with popular options such as an extended number of channels, router for wireless transmission and assistance in programming the control program with important parameters for your process.
This control cabinet is an excellent choice for advanced applications, particularly when using multiple sensors, and is compatible with all IHP electrical heaters. The cabinet will serve as a control unit and will require a power module, tailored to meet the specific power demands of the power load being used.
